Anyone can do this program.. De Falco turns to his Uncle Sal for advice. He did not really like the idea of exercise. It's only so much that a person can take before they'll snap and he had to find that out the hard way. I'm with Josie on this one! Horrible nightmares with giant spiders in them keep Josie on edge even during waking hours. The journal content is good, but the book is a typically-bound softcover which does not lend well to journaling (spiral-bound books which lay open flat or fold back are much better).
