I'm going to pick up more in this series -- On My Own Science.**** update May 2009 ****My son is using this for a school report on Ben Franklin. The paper quality is great, but refrain from using heavy ink (sharpies, markers, etc) because it might seep through. This is possibly a good text for the classroom when you are guided by someone very familiar with the subject but it is not ideal for home study. I know it will change me for the better. Each woman's application of biblical femininity may also be unique. Her life evolves around her favorite shows -- until one week, when she has to participate in her school's Great TV Turnoff. It is sort of frightening to read, because it does a pretty good job of putting into perspective the devout Christian worldview and all that follows from the belief in a God that cares about his world, who is paying attention, and who wants things from us. I struggled somewhat over how many stars to give this book, but given the amount of suffering and frustration I went through to finish the book, I felt that I couldn't give it more than two stars. They face a monster which symbolizes their/our own fears, that many times in life paralyze us and make it difficult to move on and follow our life's mission; they meet a hummingbird that leads them to a confrontation with the sweet t
